Hair the Musical
"HAIR" tells the story of Vietnam-era youths awkwardly but exuberantly creating their own rite of passage through the confusion around them. Among them are Claude and Berger; a pair of friends battling against Claude's draft notice, and Sheila, who is in love with both of them, but her politically-active lifestyle leaves her little time to act on her feelings. Ultimately, Claude decides that the hippie life isn't for him and goes to Vietnam. With themes of alienation and civil disobedience Hair illustrates the '60s generation's search for meaning through various "be-ins," "love-ins" and protests.

And Then there were none
On a remote and isolated island, ten people - 8 invited guests and two servants - find themselves facing their own deaths. Their unidentified host informs them, via a gramophone record, that as they have all been responsible for someone's death, they in turn will die before the weekend is out. There is no way for any of them to flee the island, so they set about trying to determine who their hidden host might be and where he might be hiding. One by one, the guests are killed and one of them suggests that the killer is likely among them.

Polaroid stories
To the sounds of transistor radios, video arcades and a thousand collect phone calls in the night, Naomi Iizuka transforms the chaotic life of a group of street kids into a fierce elegy of emptiness, sensation, desire and fear. By an abandoned pier at the edge of an old city, young "speed-racers" scan for "pharmaceutical treasure" while "neon girls" drink from the river of forgetfulness, echoing in their words and deeds ancient stories of gods and humans. This haunting evocation of Ovid's Metamorphoses re-imagined for the 1990s lends mythic power and social immediacy to America's lower depths.
